ArenaNet game director Colin Johanson took to the official forums for a brief, but important post about the future of WvW updates. Previously there have been some strong rumblings that the February update to the game would include major changes to culling and reward systems for WvW, but it looks like those changes have slipped till March (at the earliest). buy or sell GW2 items
The primary reason stated for the delay is the scope of the changes, and the lack of testing for the proposed updates. Pushing back the roll out will allow ArenaNet additional time to polish and bug test the new feature, which is something I'm personally okay with waiting for. I've been a pretty strong proponent of ArenaNet not rushing out changes and I think this post, while a bit depressing, does a lot reaffirm that ArenaNet are dedicated to quality first.
