Pushing back the roll out will allow ArenaNet additional time to polish and bug test the new feature, which is something I'm personally okay with waiting for. I've been a pretty strong proponent of ArenaNet not rushing out changes and I think this post, while a bit depressing, does a lot reaffirm that ArenaNet are dedicated to quality first.
